This is a common concern for expecting parents, but it doesn't need to be! As a mom and a newborn photographer, I know all too well that babies come on their own timeline! When booking your newborn session, you are reserving a date on my schedule. Ideally, your session will take place within 7-14 dats after birth, when baby is still sleepy and baby acne hasn't appeared yet. If baby arrives significantly earlier or later, we can reschedule - no stress or extra cost involved! Just reach out to me once baby is here, and we will find a new time that works.

Most times, I photograph newborn sessions in the family's home. However, sometimes that feels extra stressful during the postpartum season! So, I also offer studio recommendations as an alternative. Hourly rates for those studios vary between $94-122.
Yes, I love dogs! As long as your dog doesn't have a history of being reactive around new people (or has shown new aggression since baby was born), I am very comfortable with being around your pets and incorporating them into your photos.
