Jill and Izzy booked me for only a short time on their wedding day, enough to capture their ceremony, May Pole dance, and family photos. It was very clear to me that their priority was not throwing a Pinterest-worthy event, but treasuring their community and making sure everyone felt appreciated and had a great time. I love that about them! With your wedding day, it’s so important to know what you value and prioritize that – not what others think you should do! Jill and Izzy’s decor was some of the most unique I’ve seen – the fairy vibes were all throughout their decor and ceremony! The festive May Pole dance was such a fun way to end the ceremony and begin the celebration of their marriage. I had never been to the Carpenter Nature Center in Hastings, but oh my word, it is a beauty! It would be great for a future engagement or family session!
